Guest guest
Congratulations, Tammy, you managed to work through your problems. Building a house or even remodeling is a feat in itself. We did some remodeling lately and I was in the hospital for the part where I needed to be at home surpervising. My husband would bring things to me at the hospital for my approval, but I couldn't see what the carpenter was doing. Had I not had CML, I would have exploded, but aside from a casting a few negative snide comments, I said nothing too caustic, only that I was disappointed in some things. We were lucky to find a carpenter at all. We had experienced a hurricane and there were few carpenters who were interested in remodeling a kitchen, when people needed new roofs and had to gut their homes because of water intrusions. I am glad for you that you are still together, it would be difficult to go it alone. Perhaps you have found that you have a better or newer appreciation for each other. Being tired is a big concern for the majority of us, but to us, very understandable. Let us know when you finish your remodeling job and if you are happy with it. Best of luck with the carpenter.
