Will someone please refresh my memory? (specific antibody defect issues)

We got the last of Lilly's labs back. She had zero response to vaxs

initially, we redid the labs one last time before starting IVIG and saw her

Ig levels going up so we revaxed and waited. She initially responded to the

2nd round of Prevnar and HIB how ever the numbers were decreasing by 1/2

about every 4 months. She is no longer responding to HIB (started the series

about 1 yr ago) at all as the past 2 labs (about 4 mo apart) are showing non

responder now with results of .12 and .22 (needs to be 1.0 or higher). Gave

her the pnumovax 3 mo ago just and got the labs back, she again responded

beautifully, question is, will she hold these titers? I'm betting not. Isn't

this considered a specific antibody defect even though she initially

responded but can't hold the titers? CCS is refusing coverage to go back to

UCLA so I can't just run down there and corner Dr for an answer
