The legislation that helps Medicare patients have coverage and access

to IVIG is currently (literally right NOW) on the table for discussion

I got this in an email today:

" The Finance Committee is currently drafting the Medicare package

(literally as we speak). It is looking slim as always because

Chairman Baucus said that he is not hearing from other Members about

the importance of the legislation.

I am calling on everyone from MA to contact Dawe and urge

Senator Kerry to continue to work to see S. 2990 included in the

Medicare package and to weigh in personally with Chairman Baucus

about the matter. "

SO, PLEASE ANYONE WHO CAN - CONTACT Dawe regarding this

legislation and let's get this legislation passed. Even if you're

not from MA - you CAN make a difference by calling your Senator and

asking for their support too.

It may not effect you directly right now - but trust me....insuarnce

companies follow the standards set by Medicare -so eventually it

will....just a matter of time.

It doesn't directly effect my children but, at this point - but to

me....it's about those who this DOES effect...they need us ALL to

join them and be their voice.
