How many are using the ESP60 pump for Sub-Q? It is the Excelsior

pump.

Blake has nothing but trouble from thsi pump from the beginning.

At first Coram(infusion company) wanted to blame it on Blake & saying

that his blood clotting issues were the reason to would beep every 3-

6

mins. We would get him going & then bam star beeping. We were told by

the Immuno & Ped. that that was not the case & told Coram to not give

this excuse....Sub-Q is just that waht clotting disorders blake have

deal with his veins & arteries! Then they tried

to say it was the needle set. He was using Quad furcated sets with

the wings

9mm.

Now he is using the Norfolk 6mm quad set.

No change.

I got to looking in to portable syringe pumps & have been talking to

the company that sells these & Coram. I could not get a pricing on

these. & coram says they do not know IF they can try these for Blake

it is called The Corono Super PID.

It is the ONLY pump that is FDA approved for Sub-Q. It is tiny(palm

of the hand) the instruction manual is on line & there is pictures if

you are interested....... I was also told that they are used ONLY for

sub-Q IgG therapy!!

When speaking to the nurse/rep. she said Coram has just went to using

the ESP60 & stocked up on them not realizing they were not exactly

the

pump to use for sub-q & especially the Vivoglobin.. But I know that

is

just to gear me in to pushing to get her product. You can call & talk

to Robin(PA) & she will give the info. 1-800-630-845-7867. She was

very informative & told me that if Coram will not take my pushing

then

to tell them I will go to BioRX & they can provide everthing coram

does....they are Coram's competor with SCIG. The website for BioRX is

biorx.com

Is any one else un happy with their pump or having the problems I

mentioned with Blake?

Thanks,
