When you can't afford travel expenses

Since we've had to switch from SCIG to IVIG were looking at possibly an

extra $400-$500 a month in travel expenses to take dd to the hospital to

infuse and I just can not afford it. Our insurance will reimburse for it but

I don't have the money to put out in the first place. We've tried getting it

locally and it doesn't seem to be a possibility since our immunologist

doesn't have privileges at the local children's hospital here and home

health won't touch her because our insurance is taking an average of 6-7

months to pay and they understandably don't want to wait that long. I

emailed Angel Flights today to see if maybe they can help since were so far

away from the hospital but are there other resources I should know of?
