Holly/Handicapped Parking Permit??

You can apply for a state handicapped parking permit but depending

on the state, it could take a long time. I suggest that you go to

the campus police at the university, explain the situation, give

them a doctor's note and they can give you a handicapped parking

permit for within the university's grounds. I had to do that when I

was in college while I was waiting for the state to send me my

handicapped plate.
