Hi, I posted this morning I would like if possible to answer. I

looked into your blog and noticed you and your wife began the OLE. I

began when my daughter began. I was taking 1 OLE capsule

2Xdaily and feeling pretty horrible. Regressive state. I lost my

night blindness 4 days into the OLE and have had too many bodily

things occur to mention. I spoke with a friend who also takes it he

suggested I take 2 capsules 2X daily. I did and saw no progress. I

stayed on that schedule for three weeks with no changes. This morning

I went back to 1 capsule 2X daily and after my first capsule I can see

tremendous changes again.

Could taking too much OLE cause something different metabolically to

happen? and backing up and taking the smaller dosage begin to see

changes again? Thanks, Pam
