What do you use to pre-treat for IVIG?

I was wondering if I could hear what some of you are using to

pre-treat for IVIG infusions? Conner had a reaction this week, the

first one in years (his only other reaction was his very first IVIG).

We don't normally pre-treat, because he has done so well for so long

and Benedryl makes him turn into the DEVIL! Now that he had a

reaction, we need to start pre-treating again. I'm refusing to use

Benedryl until we look at other options. They suggested

hydrocortisone, but if that doesn't work they say we will likely have

to go back to Benedryl. I figure there has to be other options available.
