refrigerate nasal MB12?

Hi all,

For those of you who have experience with nasal MB12, I have a

question. The first time I got MB12 from the pharmacy, they sent it to

me in an insulated box with ice packs. The second time, no insulated

box with ice packs. I called them and asked them why they didn't

insulate it the second time, and they said it doesn't have to be on

ice- they did it as a courtesy the first time. But on the label it

does say " refrigerate. "

So, what is others' experience here? Does your nasal MB12 always come

in cold packs?
