question about starting Tasigna

Hi all, especially those on Tasigna,

I will be moving onto Tasigna. Right now I am on Sprycel but have had continuing

problems with pleural effusions over the last few months.

Are there some medical tests that are done before you start Tasigna? like maybe

EKG or something else? I am still waiting for the recent PE to resolve but

should start the new drug soon.
