(?) - it also seems to take a range of clinical symptoms. Insurance

companies have been known to pay for normal IgG levels because the function

(titers) were poor or there were certain infections involved. I have seen

insurances that state " 2 standard deviations below established normal levels " .

BCBS to be one of them.
