I was disappointed too. I don't think he ever mentioned CML or said what it

meant. He just mentioned Leukemia. There are so many types of Leukemia. If

I did not know better I would think that this miracle pill would cure any

Leukemia. I was very disappointed. But it was nice to see Dr. Druker for he

is a very wonderful man!

I was so disappointed in the show. The show was titled the Miracle Pill, and

I am sure so many people were interested besides all of us who are

experiencing the drugs and CML. IT was brushed over for 14 minutes. Nobody

got to ask questions, or tell their story to encourage others. Dr. Druker

hardly got a chance to even speak.

Curious as to what others thought. Just my opinion.

I wish he would re do his show and do it right. It is not a cure and we know

that and they don't talk about all the side effects either.

What's more interesting is that Atlanta's 11alive NBC affiliate interviewed

Dr. Oz independently and the information was a bit " misleading " (I'll let

you be the judge). As we all know, Gleevec and the other TKIs are NOT a cure

This is about share price of the company NOT the truth. Kareem never mentions

any side effects at all either.

It's NOT fair balanced information and if the pharma company is behind it they

may get into trouble with the FDA. Lets hope the pharma company is not involved

in this debacle of misinformation.

I totally agree with all of you. I was hoping to hear more on CML, but since the

show was " Miracle Pill " maybe that's all that they wanted to cover. That's a

shame though. The show could have been an hour and covered so much more.
