I am a forensic major and have seen things in drugs that would shock people. When someone gets medical mariuana they only get the thc which is the active ingredient in marijuana. Medical marijuana is very regulated so that all paitents get only what is helpful and not other ingredients. You say pot is only a plant and it is but it alters peoples moods, reflexes and can cause confusion in some people. Re: Pot Hi Danni, I totally understand and respect your opinion. I did have to answer your question...or was it a question? In today's world pot dealers and growers add arsenic, bleach and other ingredients to it to produce more product.??? Dear, as I mentioned before I am a gardener and this is just a plant. Arsenic, bleach and " other " ingredients other than simple fertilizer will kill a pot plant just as fast as it would kill a tomoato or a rose. These things would not produce more product...it would kill the product and yield no useable pot. It is incorrect info like this that leads to laws based on fear and misinformation. Like the drug Marinol. Otherwise there will always be the other by products of this plant including tar etc... Like I said, I respect your opinion and you are entitled to it. Guest guest
Yo! Lottie, he's my kind of chef!! Here is a story, I will try not to mention names. A friend of mine had a medical procedure done and was in a lot of pain. She took some pain meds and finally fell asleep, but woke up hungry and hit the brownies sitting on the stove. Hours and hours later when she woke up, being hungry, she ate a couple of more. When her husband came home she was still asleep, and he said her pain meds could not have made her sleep that long, what else had she taken. She said nothing, but I did wake up twice and eat some brownies. Yikes! he told her, that's what was wrong, he had put his home grown pot in the brownies, only in one half of the pan, but that is the half she ate!! I am a firm believer in,if it helps, use it. Remember when we could buy terpenhydrate with codeine? (spelling must not be right) but we could buy it over the counter, man, that made a cold feel good. And what about paregoric? Now you need a prescription for that too. We could even give it to children back in the old days. Oh for the good ole days!!! a ( Bobby ) Doyle, dob 12/17/29 Brecksville, Ohio, USA DX 5/1995 Interferon 9 weeks/Hydroxyurea 5 years 02/2000 to 06/2002 Gleevec trial, OHSU 06/2002 Gleevec/Trisenox Trial, OHSU 06/2003 Gleevec/Zarnestra Trial, OHSU 04/2004 Sprycel Trial, MDACC, CCR in 10 months 04/2008 XL228 Trial, U of Mich. 01/2009 PCR 5.69 04/2009 Ariad Trial AP24534 09/2009 PCR 0.017 11/2009 PCR 0.034 #840 Zavie's Zero Club From: Lottie Duthu <lotajam@...> Subject: [ ] Pot " CML " < > Date: Thursday, March 18, 2010, 5:54 PM  What you did or didn't know about marijuana.
