Guest guest
Potential Animal (Zoonotic) Virus Identified in Patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis and Epilepsy http://www.ncf-net.org/PressReleases.htm The person who sent this said that children of mothers with CFS may often test positive for the ciguatera epitope (the toxin found to be produced by the cause of CFS). The test is done at the University of Hawaii (the protocol is on the website---www.ncf-net.org) and the children were highly positive. It's a simple blood test and, since the university is non-profit, the cost of the test is low and insurance has no problem covering it. Just another virus to be aware of in your child if you have CFS! (chronic fatigue syndrome).
