What does ELEVATED T lympohcytes and B lymphoctes mean?

Does anyone know the significance when T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes are

ELEVATED, rather than deficient? Someone told me it was more indicative of

autoimmune than immune deficiency......but I can't find much on this. Kim
