Guest guest
I have a book called Percription For Nutritional Healing. There is a section on Herpes. It says to avoid foods with L-arginine,because thatsuppresses L-lysine.Lysine retards virus growth.Or if you consuime foods with argine, the amount of lysine should exceed the amount of arginine.Foods that contain arinine are almond, barley, cashews, cereals, chicken, chocolate, corn, dairy, meat, nuts and seeds, oats, and peanuts. It`s getting to the point,i don`t know what to feed my kid.I know some of these foods are on the caveman diet.Nuts, seeds, chicken and turkey are on the caveman diet.It also says to avoid citrus and all fruit juices when the virus is active. The book talks about what vitamins and suppliments and foods help to retard the virus. And what to avoid.
