Guest guest
We went this summer-courtesy of my parents-My oldest is 17 and she really enjoyed Epcot and Animal kingdom much more than Magic Kingdom. She also enjoyed MGM, but the other two much more. Maddie has a severe food allergy to dairy protein and we found all dining experiences to be very positive while we were at the parks. The staff really went out of their way to make sure the meals were what she could have. We went fancy at the Brown Derby at MGM-and the head chef even came out to talk to Maddie to see what he could make her that would be special for her! I teach special needs preschool here-and one of my students just did make a wish to Disney and they had a blast. This family has very little and they were treated like royalty. They actually went to Disney, Sea World and Universal. We also went to Sea World and the girls loved it. We went on a Sunday-early and there were no crowds-it was great! My sister went on a weekday and it was packed. My one tip that goes against any guide book-we did an early morning safari at Animal Kingdom and another one right before they closed-which is earlier than the other parks-and the late one was so much better! We actually had to stop for about 10 minutes due to a giraffe just standing there right outside of our car! We also thought that Epcot had the best fireworks by far! Becky in IN-mom to Maddie, age 11, IGA def, low IgG, subclass 1 & 2 def, gerd, asthma, dairy allergy and just missed the all A semester honor roll with a B+ in reading!
