MB12 shots or nasal spray cause yeast?

I was wondering if the mb12 shots or nasal spray have the tendency to

cause yeast? oral mb12 or any B vitamins cause terrible yeast for my

dd. I've heard of the same for a lot of kids who've tried the oral

mb12. Do the shots and nasal spray get around this problem?
