Guest guest
Lucy: I'm lucky because my son is older and is in school. I also have a terrific husband who insists I stay in bed or take a nap if I'm having a particularly hard time of it. I feel for you having a toddler. Mommy hurting is not something that they can really understand, is it? Maybe if you can't take a nap, a bath after bedtime might be nice and relaxing. Good luck to you! gloria
Guest guest
Gloria A nap in the middle of the day? Sounds glorious. I think that would cure my fatigue, I'd just never let myself do it. My toddler's name time is MY TIME! and it ain't being traded in for my own nap! Lucy ----- Original Message ----- From: gloriarex@... When I am in the middle of a flare, I will feel that really deep achy kind of tired. But my life rarely stops long enough for me to sleep for too long - so I try and take a good nap in the middle of the day if it works out. Luckily, once the flare is under control, the fatigue goes away. gloria
