- not realizing TPN was a part of the equation I would definitely blame

it. Is the TPN still happening or have you been able to wean off? Liver

failure is one of the biggest complications of TPN use. Unfortunately both

drugs (TPN and IVIG) are lifesaving drugs. If you could wean off the TPN and

onto an elemental diet or solid foods altogether that would help. Are you

getting any support from any TPN group online?
