Guest guest Posted May 20, 2010 Report Share Posted May 20, 2010 Hi ! Learning to cue properly is the hardest thing to learn as a new instructor because you have to call the move before it happens. There is a natural rhythm to this once you get the hang of it. Aerobics it taught in terms of musical phrases, or 4 sets of 8. You call moves within one 8 count, the one before the move change. You count in your head, " one, two, three, four, right uppercut " I hope this makes sense!
