You might call the New York Buyers Club for their recommendation. They may have a program to recycle meds to folks who can't afford them. If not, they would know who would. I have 5 months worth of Kaletra in sealed original bottles and not yet expired. I have to find out the same thing as you.

My advice is to offer it to your Doc. They usually have patients who are financial victims of this country's f**k*d health care system or need a temp fix until the meds arrive.some cities, the aids places will take the drugs, but the liability law profession has screwed this up.
