Guest guest
Dear Peggy, Thank you, we are like family, so we look forward to reading posts like opening up the mail from our mail boxes. We are eager to know how everyone is doing,so if you have something to share about , we are interested. It's like a big picnic, where everyone brings a dish and we all share. We are here for the long haul, so knowing where we are and where we are going is universal. Keep writing, I won't hold it against you for living in Sharpstown. LOL You are right, the schools in Texas have a high rating. My SIL sent her children to school in Alief. She was in the hospital there, too. When her husband was in there for lung cancer, he needed help and no one answered, so I went to the desk and I could hear chattering in the break room. They said to me, " You don't belong in here. " I replied, " You don't either, you belong at the front desk, there is not one person out there and the board is all lit up, someone had better more their a** up there before I start making some phone calls. " They moved back to their stations. There was an old man hollering his head off for someone to feed him, he was blind. I told them about him and said I was going to feed him. They said I couldn't and I told them if they didn't I would, just try me. Sometimes you just have to stand up for justice.
