Hello everyone,

I was wondering if you were ever faced with the problem I maybe. My husband is

working for the same company for 20 years, and I was diagnosed with CML two

years ago. I was told at the time by my Onc, that it was a good thing I had

medical insurance, because if I didn't no knew company would insure me. We have

had Horizon BCBS, and it's been wonderful. My husband was just informed that

his company is considering switching to Oxford or Atena insurance. I am

wondering if I will even be able to get insurance through these companies with

my CML diagnosis. I am very worried and concerned if they won't take me on,

where does this leave me. I am on Tasigna which is very expensive, and also RX

for pain, depression, anxiety, nauseousness, sleeping pills, and migraine

medicine.

Please let me know if anyone has experienced a change like this and what has

happened.

I would greatly appreciate hearing as I am stressing really bad about this

issue.

Thank you,

Peggy Becker
