Guest guest
________________________________ Dear Friends, Thanks so much for all the adv ice on leg cramps. I don't know ab out the pickle, but I sure am going to try the magnesium. Quinine has evidently been off the market for some years. My English wife tells me that the British Raj in India used to drink gallons of gin and tonics in the hopes of avoiding or treating malaria. You could hear them now back in the U.K. bemoaning the fact that " quinine water " is nothing now, just some adulterated potion, and they are unable to have a decent gin and tonic. Sometimes I think all the new regulations made to protect us are killing us with frustration. Again , I appreciate your wisdom. Guy
