Guest guest
I;ve been reading these posts.. Might it now be time to drop atripla and switch to some other leading regimen without the tenofovir? Or would checking the lab levels that show the problem, be enough to prevent problems? Guest guest
Its not a matter of doubting. Its already well known that there is a risk to the kidneys with tenofovir and anybody on it needs to be monitored very closely for kidney function. This is not something to play with, requires commitment on the part of the patient and the doctor to make sure those tests are done routinely and if they are abnormal action should be taken. > > I;ve been reading these posts..
