Guest guest
---My family also just got over a nasty bug, actually we are still fighting the end of it. I feel your pain, i am so ready to feel great again. My breasts started to fluff out a week ago but then i got sick and i lost like 5 damn lbs so now i am sticky and they look totally flat and kinda pointy. My nipple is what is getting me down as well because its kinda large in comparison to my breast and its got this weird point to it. I hope mine fluff out some more too maybe even sag, even it its just to make them look more normal not for size. Hope you feel better In , " ktitko " <ktitko@y...> wrote: > I'm finally over the creeping crud that I had, but it has left me > feeling so fatigued. Guest guest
Patience is key...I know its easier said than done & it is frustrating, but hang in there & in the meantime get yourself a great bra & try to keep positive! Your health thanks you!!! as for the fatigue maybe try some extra B vitamins? Hugs!! Jen > I'm finally over the creeping crud that I had, but it has left me > feeling so fatigued. Guest guest
, This is actually pretty normal. When I was first sick, I was warned by other women about this honeymoon after explant. They warned me that at about the 6 week marker, I would begin to not only get some of my old symptoms back, but might even experience new ones. I did. I got swollen lymph glands and then the icky crawly feeling started happening in my legs. It was not fun to have that stuff come back and new stuff start up. But in time, as I have shared, all of that has gone away. So, it is important that you be patient. Let your body do its healing thing the way it knows best, but you can help it along with the different detoxing things that we've talked about. In time, you will see the lasting results. Patience is a virtue when healing from breast implant illness. Your breasts will fill out over time, so don't worry about that either! Guest guest
Hey! I can totally relate to being tired! I feel like I haven't had a good nights sleep in years. I am going to take ambien for a little while just to regain my strength and mind a little. Then I am going to get down to whats going on. Some kind of imbalance for sure. Patty mentioned B vitamins. Do you need to take extra vitamin B's, or are they usually in a good multi-vitamin. I am currently taking the GNC Women Ultra Mega Vitamins. Stay Well Kim... Hey, I can also relate to being tired. I take Dr. Whitakers vitamins a packet 2xs daily. Along with milk thistle, grape seed extract, green tea extract garlic and probiotics with supergreen foods. I would not do the ambien medications thats is just adding more toxins to your liver. Health food stores have herbs for sleeping, and herbal teas for sleeping. Guest guest
Hi, ! My doc tells me the no. 1 criticism people have of Gleevec is the fatigue it induces. I was just sleeping my life away. Then I got moved onto Sprycel, and now Tasigna. I still get fatigue, but not to the degree I had with Gleevec. Guest guest
Hi Meg.     I know what you mean about being so tired it is hard to get going. When I am tired, I am so dysfunctional and can't get out of my own way.     I am amazed with anyone who can work with RA. It must be so difficult, and I know people today need to work. I am glad your retirement will be in a few years.    I hope you get to rest this coming weekend, and just curl up with a good book or just take a much needed nap. I just hate being that tired.  Hugs,  Barbara From: megsbyte <megsbyte@...> Subject: [ ] Tired Date: Wednesday, September 8, 2010, 8:20 AM  Boy is today a tired day! I woke up later then usual, took my time getting ready for work and finally dragged myself out the door. Right now am drinking coffe hoping that it will do the trick. After the three day weekend, I was feeling great, but today it feels as though the energy has been sucked right out of me. There is weather from Hermine to the south of us and it's supposed to hit us around lunch time, so maybe it's the weather. All I want to do today is curl up and take a nap. I've got five more years until retirement and days like this make it difficult. Meg in MO
Guest guest
Meg, I can relate and I am not having bad weather. Curling up to take a nap sounds so great to me too! But unfortunately we must do what must be done. Hope your day turns around and you feel better. God Bless - Vivian [ ] Tired Boy is today a tired day! Guest guest
My GP told me working might be good because it keeps me moving, otherwise I might just freeze up. I only work 4 days a week, but when I get home I don't feel like doing anything including cooking dinner. TV dinners have become my friend. Luckly, my kids have grown up.
