PCR ABL gone up....need some answers....

Hi everyone!

My doctor just called me today and said that my test came back 10 points higher.

They said they want me to come back in a few weeks to retake it as it could be a

" false positive " (I think that's my doctors sugar coating it).

Here's my question. I am on 400 mg of Gleevec and have been since Oct 2009. This

test was suppose to come back PCRU. They tell me if my test comes back in a few

weeks and it has gone up again, it could mean that the gleevec is not working

anymore.... Does this mean I need a BMT? Has anyone gone through this? Should I

be worried? I'm supposed to retake it the week of sept 13th...
