Guest guest
Dear , You sound like a very caring father to shave off your hair because your daughter is losing hers. I met a woman last year who had shaved her hair. She mentioned that she had CLL not once b ut twice, but that was not the reason she had shaved her head. One of her friends was going through chemo and she saved her head to show her it wasn't so bad to be bald. At the time she mentioned that she had to take her husband in for his chemo and I suspect he may have been the one she had shaved for. Anyway, I think it is a nice gesture, but even moreso is the support you have given your daughter all along to help her in her journey to have her wish to be free of CML. Prayers and hope are going out to her and the entire family, it's something you live with 24/7. Carpe diem, Lottie Duthu
