Here is more information on the subject from Snopes.com I filled in the form,

but was again notified that there were no services in my area. Evidently it is

not open to everyone from my experience with the website. That doesn't mean you

shouldn't try, it may be available in your neck of the woods.

Dear Lottie and CML group,

I just filled out my application and fortunately for me, there is someone in my

area that offers this service! I can't wait to hear from them and find out who

it is. We have cleaning services in our small town, so I know I'll know who it

is.
