OCD+giftedness+defiant+wild 6 year old - parenting tips?

Hi,

I am looking at my six year old and wondering the best

way to steer her in the right direction. Let to her own

devices she could be off in a not appropriate direction.

When she applies herself she is very good. Its odd

to see her with so many gifts yet so affected by

OCD and possibly bi polar. She loves to be the center of

attention, acts way older than she is, loves to dance.

I thought of directing her to dramatic acting,

and having a proper OCD counsleor early on. We have

a counselor now that only wants to see her every six weeks.

I say early intervention and pushing her to use her skills for good.

ANy other ideas?
