Hi everyone,

Anyone can help me try what is happening with my PCRs test?

I use take samples at 2 labs same time, but in the last months the results

are bit conflicting.

LAB 01 use a personal scale

LAB 02 use International scale

16 months

LAB 01 = 3,09 log

LAB 02 = 0,039% (IS)

19 months

LAB 01 = 4,39 log

LAB 02 = 0,002%(IS)

25 months

LAB 01 = 3,33 log

LAB 02 = 0,0000 (IS)

26 months

LAB 01 = 3,42 log

LAB 02 = 0,0026% (IS)

As can you see , at 25 months in the LAB 01 show a increase of 1 log ( 4,39

to 3,33) while the LAB 02 show 0,000 ?????

After that, 26 months the things seems to be more stable but LAB 02 it was

0,000 now show a small increase 0,0026%?

What all of this means?

Below I show a chart whit the results.

Hi Ciro,

It means that you are in a great place with your CML.

You might want to ask each of the labs what their sensitivity is for their

PCR testing. Some are 1 in 1,000,000 and others are 1 in 100,000. That might

explain the difference.

Also, remember that it takes 3 consecutive results to establish a trend.

You are doing just fine.
