Guest guest
Hi group. I wonder how we could realize how long our kids actually " need " to sleep. I know Shelby fights sleep tooth-and-nail from anxiety. It's not as bad as it was, but it's pretty bad. She'll sleep 10 to 12 hours on her own. So, I wonder how much she really needs, or is the 10 to 12 what she really needs and is, then, always sleep deprived (gee, do I sound paranoid or what???). Missy Sleeping disorder Hi My son also has sleeping problems and the older he gets though, the problem , thanks God improves. However, in general, I have to let him stay up until 11 p.m. if I want him to sleep through and get up at 8 a.m. Somehow, our children do not seem to require as much sleep as most typical kids do. Guest guest
Dear Bedrock(for short), P. S. I had several sleeping studies done by 2 different labs and they found nothing wrong with my sleep patterns, according to my brain waves. In fact, I am surprised they found a brain. I asked what all the colored flashing lights were and they said the lights were white, it was the way my brain perceived it. Oh gosh, what next, dreaming in technicolor?
