, I really am an odd duck!  People at the gym can't fathom why I would want to work out to *videos* at home when I have the gym at my disposal.  I love the classes at the gym, but have to lug my heavy gym bag on the bus and about town and sometimes quite frankly I'm antisocial.  I don't really don't like working out on the floor by myself though, so that's why I see Noel..

It seems like most people here in this group prefer to work out alone at home.At home there are times when I want to work out alone, esp. if it's a spiritual yoga or t'ai chi practice, or if I want to do something more advanced than my guests can do, but overall I do better and will push myself more if I work out with someone else.  Plus if I know someone is coming over, well, there's no way I can get out of it.

I like working out at home best because it's the best of both worlds!  I get the group exercise type workout but with all the conveniences of home and not worrying how I look.  I can wear my sports bra and leggings and not be self conscious if my gut roll is visible.  I get to take a bath in my own bath tub, not a shower with a drain clogged by other people's hair!

You and Marina are both doing so great! I love all these stories about people working out with you, although I much prefer working out alone. You seem to have so much fun with everyone! Can't wait to hear about !!
