Hi Cheryl,

Three people think you have lost weight, and you have more energy, what wonderful news.

I am so happy for you. In a few weeks they will be convinced that you know what you are talking about, then they will feel like they are the ones who are bonkers for not believeing you and doing it too.

Take good care of yourself and keep us posted on your success.

Maggie,

You are just too cute for words. I love the message you posted. Isn't the

Victory Theory an awesome series. I can't say enough about the effectiveness

of the plan taught on these tapes. I just know that anyone who truly wants

to make changes, to better their life and the lives of those around them,

would benefit so dramatically from this series.

You remind me of a child in a candy shoppe, when describing your adventures

to claiming your package of skin care goodies. This skin care line is so

very superior to anything else one could purchase, at any price. And those

jars of lard and filler, can get very expensive, just because they sit behind

a glass case and smell like the entire cosmetic counter has been placed in

one container. Rashelle's products have proven to me to be tremendously pure

and allergen free. The strawberry scent is divine!

Keep up the great work and congrats on getting your move done!

Sincerely,

Tami

Hello Maggie,

Do you think it is possible for you to miss us as much as we miss you?

Once again this morning I have the proud Mamma syndrome. As I read your message about how you are learning to accept that you are worthy to be healthy, wealthy and happy, I see that you are internalizing the messages as you listen to your tapes. I can't ask for more on a beautiful spring morning.I have become absolutely certain over the years that regardless of how hard you work out, how good you are about eating right, or how many things you use to become thin and healthy, it is the feelings you have about yourself that will ultimately determine your success or failure. If you don't believe you deserve to have a beautiful, healthy body, all the effort in the world will not allow you to keep your goal if you are able to reach it. I want all of you to have it all. We have been programmed to believe we can't. I say phooey to that. I am in the best shape of my life at almost 56 years old. Yet, we have been programmed to believe that we should deteriorate and fall apart as we age.. There is nothing special about me. Each of you has the same billions of brain cells, the same abilities to create a life that you can be proud of. If I have helped you realize Maggie, how really wonderful you are, then the gift is to me.

Your review of the Oxygen Zoo is beyond wonderful. Thank You! It is my favorite, hands down. My love for children is boundless, and when I taped that video I was able to go to the place inside myself where the child lives. That is why you thought I don't talk down to them. I get to become one of them for a few moments. Not childish, but child like.

Sooo glad you love the skin care products and everything so much. Is it any wonder that I stay up so late working. Look at the rewards you all give me!

Sooo much love to everyone,

Rashelle

I feel so fortunate to be here....I almost feel undeserving of it all

but thanks to the Victory theory, I am working on accepting all the good things that are coming to me. I've also just been given a positon at work that I've really been working towards. Life is good....I truly feel as though I am living the victory theory. I'm sure I've said this before but if you haven't ordered them, please do so....you owe it to yourself to have this in your life. The skin care - I ordered my skin care items just before I moved and I gave Rashelle my new address to send it to. Well, key would unlock....well....I truly did not know how true of a treasure hunt I was on!!! Inside the locker was my package full of skincare from Rashelle! I was just thrilled! I'm so happy with the products...thank you so much Rashelle....I really don't think I can express how happy I am with all of this. Oxygen Zoo! I just got my VCR hooked up at the new place today and couldn't wait to do the Oxygen Zoo...it is so fantastic! Rashelle, I can see where children would just love you! You totally relate to them on the tape but you don't talk down to them! I did the exercises and now I can't wait to share this with my niece and nephew!! They will just love it. I also think it is fantastic that you spread such a love filled positive and healthy message. Maggie

Tami,

I feel like a child in a candy shop when I use the skin care. I never spent

much time using skin care before....but these products are so wonderful. I

think I'm addicted to them! I really look forward to the moment I put them

Tami,

I love how you have involved your daughter in life lift and the skin care!! I

do think it is so important to get kids involved in healthy activities when

they are young. They get so many negative messages these days and there are

so many issues (especially for young women) about what is beautiful and

healthy that I think it's very easy to get confused. I just love the talk

Rashelle gives at the end of Oxygen Zoo when she explains how important it is

to be healthy and eat right. She totally stresses health and energy....that's

what kids need to know and learn about. Your daughter is very lucky to have

you as a mom! You will certainly lead her in the right direction. I can't

wait to share Oxygen Zoo with my niece and nephew...I'm thrilled about the

part where Rashelle tells the kids to go get their loved one's to participate

in it with them. I know for a fact my niece and nephew will be dragging my

sis to do it with them. I've been trying to get her to Life Lift for a while

and she just won't do it. This could be the easiest way to get her involved.

I did show her a brochure I got with an order that has Rashelle's pic on it

and she was just stunned by Rashelle's beauty and healthy glow and then asked

me about the skin care.....I'll get her hooked one way or another!! Have a

great night, Tami and sleep well.

Well after the fancy fun chatting tonight I decided to stay out of mail for the night. But, I couldn't do it. I just needed a fix of all of you. You are my only addiction in life. I think I will keep it! Thank you.

Maggie,

Once again you are putting me to bed with peace in my heart and a smile on my face. This whole message is so dear, as you are, and I just have to say that I am so happy to have you in my life.

You are so thoughtful to care so much about your sister. I am certain that you will convince her how much she will benefit. I don't know how she could possibly resist you! You are one of a kind.

I am just tickled that you like Oxygen Zoo so much. I just love that video. It is important for everyone to know how lovable and loved they are.

If we can begin giving these messages to our children we can stop so much of the heartache that they simply don't have to grown up with.

I love them, and I love you!

Sweet dreams,

Rashelle

You are so right Tami, my 9 year old is doing th oxygen Zoo tape and has me do it with her. Now if I can only get my 14 year old to not think it is crazy and give it a try. Even a good friend of mine tried the original tape and said she actually felt better afterwards! And she is REALLY skeptical. have a great day! W from Oz

Why say anything at all. If you cannot think of something to say don't say

it. This gentlemen got nothing from his remark. If he was trying to start a

conversation it didn't work or if he thought he was informing us he was wrong

again. Sometimes saying nothing and just smiling is better than anything one

could have said. lol!!!

Jess,

Oh to be young again! I think your great weight loss is partially

due to your age... I remember being able to really loose the pounds

when I was in my early twenties and my mother would say, it's good to

get the pounds off now because it gets much harder as you get older.

I also remember having a stomach of steel (being able to tolerate

anything) when I was younger, but at 50 I can't eat the same things

(even before the surgery) and the pounds sure don't come off they way

they used to... I'm not complaining though, I have lost about 52

pounds in less than 3 months so I feel I'm well on my way.

I wish you continued success!!

Personally, I think

(1) you're lucky (and young)

(2) Dr. Rutledge is very cautious

I will tell you one little story. The daughter of an acquaintance of

mine had an RNY at age 57. She is back to drinking 10 diet Cokes a

day and they have eaten a hole in her stomach. She cut back to 2 a

day because she couldn't go cold turkey. Perhaps moderation is

another key here.

Jess, I'm 24, just a few years older than you, and I can tell you I

am even MORE careful than people on this list who are in their 50's

about my new tummy. You and I have the rest of our lives, 60, 70

years, Lord willing, to live with this new tummy. I admit I have

sipped my hubby's drink while we are out to eat, but that's it. It

only makes sense that carbonation will stretch your tummy, making it

possible for you to eat more, and then regaining weight after a

while. I want this new tummy to last the REST of my life, not just

now. As far as your weight loss, I don't think that has anything to

do with the soda's. It is because you are 19, and because of your

weight pre-op. I weighed 288 and have lost 40 lbs in 2.5 months, and

this is considering I only lost 18 lbs month 1. My body fought a

little hard in the beginning, but my young metabolism is winning out

now.

As far as eating, I don't think you can really go wrong. I had

frecnch fries for the first time the other night to try to loosen my

bowels... it didn't work. I think the good thing about having the

surgery is so that we can eat like normal people and not diet any

more. If I want steak, I have my hubby order steak, and I eat a few

bites of it. Actually, it is kinds gross, but I take lots of napkins

with me, and spit out the steak after I chew it up when no one is

looking. I just want it for the taste, not to be stuck in my tummy.

I don't eat the foods I used to eat, like potato chips... etc. I

haven't tried pizza yet either. I eat what I want.

I would think that the carbonation in the soda's would make you have terrible

gas in your stomach that you may or may not be able to pass. Does it not affect

you. I would try not to drink soda's on a regular basis, like someone else

said, it may catch up with you. I wish you continued excellent weight loss.

Hello there, you young, little sweet thing, you --

Your weight loss is fantastic!! Good show!! And may it keep up!! And as

far as eating -

You can eat anything your lil' ol stomach can handle; however, please keep

in mind that the MGB surgery is just a " tool " to assist us in losing weight.

It is not the " answer all " to our wieght problem. You still need to learn

to eat nutritiously and in proper portions for the rest of your life. Of

course, it is true that when you are young, it is easier to lose weight -

fortunate for you !! Please just don't get the idea that you can eat

whatever and whenever you want because, if I have my information correct,

you can gain weight if you eat high calorie foods on a regular basis or

stretch your stomach by eating too much.

As far as sodas and caffiene - the reason we are not to drink them is

because they can create acid in your new stomach and cause you to get

ulcers. This may not effect you right away, but it may down the road. I

don't know that it is worth the risk, but that is your call. I guess it

hits us older folks a little faster than you young, sweet things. So again,

be cautious or you may bring health problems to yourself down the road.

I wish you the best today, tomorrow and in the future !! Enjoy your life !!
