Update on Beth, UK

I just had a group note from Beth and will include a portion of it here:

Here I am on the third day after the 5 day chemo regime finished. I feel at this

stage that I have got away lightly with side effects, so feel most lucky.

I am managing to survive happily in my room, with morning meditations and the

mantra playing. Am trying to do a little hatha yoga to stretch the body and a

lot of uplifting reading.
