JB...I agree and I always argue with others on this subject..

One an HIV nutritionist, used to tell me that all sugars are the same we always fought online....he has since passed away.

I am an extraordinary healthy and built 61 year old man with HIV and I never consume HFS...ever...

We will see who get the last laugh on this issue..
