Guest guest
Comcast came and changed the wiring on the outside, but could find nothing wrong inside. By the way if you want to know if your computer is running at capacity, go to www.speedtest.com. He said they don't like anyone to use that because they keep calling to say there is something wrong with their computer's speed. Not even my printers came up, so I rebooted the software for one and both came up on the screen, so success. I am cleaning out my folders to see if that will help, also. Any suggestions? Guest guest
Hi Lottie - I know how frustrating this can be! Keeping folders clean and not storing too many photos/files etc helps. Also, if you don't have a program that cleans your registry and temporary Internet folders will prevent your computer from running smoothly. You should also run disc defrag programs regularly also. A good one to test how your PC health is Slow-PCfighter which I have found the best. Uniblue is also good, but you need to buy the full suite to be most effective. I run this daily initially until you aren't getting many errors then a couple of times a week after that. Hope it helps!
