In Chinese medicine, arthritis is associated with

excessive " dampness " in the body. See if this makes you feel better:

Massage your shins from ankle to knee along the inside of the bone.

There are many meridian points along this path, and massaging them

helps to disperse the dampness. I use my thumbs, moving them in a

circular motion.

I just had a Shiatsu (acupressure) massage from a friend on Saturday,

and those shin points sure felt wonderful!
