Hi all.

I was wondering if any of you heard of the above or has been diagnosed with it.

It appears to be something under the gums- possibly a part of a tooth that

wasn't removed during a tooth extraction. It causes problems with the immune

system and causes illness, even cancer.

A dentist gave Robyn this label after viewing the xrays from another dentist and

taking his own. He wanted to do a Pet Scan, but that has alot of radiation. In

looking it up, I found that there is a cavitat machine that is an ultra sound

machine. Depending on which website I look at, I get different answers. One

stresses that it must be removed. Another refers to it as a space the mouth

where bacteria grows. In any case, I just thought I would check and see if any

of you ever heard of it or have been diagnosed with it. Better yet, are any of

you dentists?
