Have you tried wearing splints at night. They take some getting used to but do

help. Also, at one point when I was having bad hand problems I wore gloves at

night. Walgreens sells some black gloves for arthritis by the pharmacy, they

are just regular gloves with that stretchy material in them (sorry I brain fog

really bad today). They also worked well. Also, if you in that much pain Aleve

isn't going to do it. Tell your RD you need pain meds. Hope you get some

relieve soon. Tery - ville

Bought a set of those things they use at nail salons today for $53.

I will call them my " hot pockets " . They're like a combination

heating pad/mitten. I'll be putting them on as soon as my alarm goes

off in the morning and get my hands unrusted for the day before I get

out of bed. I'm tired of feeling like the tin man when I wake up!

You can get them at any good beauty supply store. Just thought I'd

pass it along and " pay it forward " .
