Guest guest
Thanks . I don't have the paper work in front of me or I could probably look into your question. I just remember when I glanced at the results from the test at diagnosis it was 1.1?% and the number we got yesterday after treatment wiht gleevec was 0.00%. I believe the results are givenin percentage. I will double check. There is one thing i' sure of is that Dr. Bihhray said she was CCR!!!! I am not familiar with this way of expressing a FISH results, so maybe you or someone else can explain it....but CCR is great! Usually FISH is done on 200 cells and the results are reported as a number like 50/200 or a %, which would be 25%.....and in your Mom's case it would be Zero %. I am not sure what her starting number came from?? but it is probably just an alternative way of reporting FISH........do you know Zavie? Anyway, time for a little celebration for you both. C.
