Hi , let me second Lottie's welcome.  I too have had CML since 1995, and

am in my 6th trial. Ha! this one better work, there are no more out there right

now, I don't think  and at 81 a transplant is not going to happen,  Welcome to

the group, we have several new transplanters, I'm sure you will be hearing from

them.  Bobby

I have been a cml patient and member of this group since 5/2000. I've

tried interferon and ara-c, gleevec, sprycel, tasigna, each only lasting so long

then no longer working. I am currently down at s Hopkins and received my MUD

transplant on Monday 1-31-11. Feel free to follow my journey

http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/theresamigut. There is hope out there, they

never thought I would last 10 years and hopefully this is a start to my brand

new life. It sure is not easy, but looking forward to the future.

Hi Terri,

My daughter went through transplant last August. She is doing well. Over the

course of time since the transplant there have been some complications, but each

complication is a little less severe than the last one. Her hair is coming back

and if this is going to be her natural color it could be the first time I have

seen her natural color in years. She still has frequentl check ups and is still

cancer free. I wish you best of luck in your journey.
