Gilles - Please explain exactly what this organization or company is and why you

are asking the people on this list to complete a survey. Many people have

privacy concerns, and need a clear understanding of exactly why they are being

asked to participate in any activity that involves their health. I'm sure you

can understand.

Hi Pat: I would like to know somthing about this survey also. I would be more

than glad to do a survey that would help in research or other CML patients, but

the reason was not mentioned as to the why.
