I had assumed that this procedure is done using liposuction, but he does it by making an incision and directly cutting out the fat. He is very interested in performing the procedure and is ready to schedule but recommended that I get a second opinion so that I feel comfortable with my decision. QUESTIONS: 1. Does anyone have ant suggestions as to any doctor or type of specialty I should search for getting a second opinion in the South Florida area? 2. Has anyone had fatty tissue removed from under the chin/jaw area and/or the back of the neck? If so, would you be willing to share any recommendations or experiences with me. Would you do anything differently if you had to do it over again? This decision weighs heavy on my shoulders and I would appreciate any comments. Guest guest
I've had hump twice since early this century. Second time did " wings " (the neck), boobs with hump. On wings was ULTRASONIC lipo, which sorta shakes the fibrous fat to make it easier to suck out. On the hump and boobs, he also did a small incision to remove some fat. Boobs weren't good job, but the wings are really gone. I'd get second opinion on the " no lipo " worth the cost. I'd be curious if anyone recommends good San Fran doc for breast reduction. ___________ Potrero HillSan Francisco Sat Jun 30, 2012 4:21 pm (PDT) .
