Guest guest
Maybe you should take the weiners home, slice them up, put them in ziploc bags and freeze them yourself. That way you avoid the nasty situation. Cheryl in VA

Guest guest
I am wondering about the aide's own well-being and that of her family--she doesn't seem to know how to prepare food! Maybe you could also attach a little " recipe " with each item--could be explained as the way Shan likes it cooked, but really the basic prep method? Guest guest
Great idea! You could also work in some self-advocacy by having evaluate the final product (too hot, too frozen, good, etc). _____ From: Michdock@... Guest guest
My thought was you could give her a can of wienies and beans, or whatever they are called. Trouble is she would probably give Shan the can and no opener. Jessie
Guest guest
I think the sugar content in and of itself is enough to not drink it. 59 grams of carbs and only 4 g of protein? Guest guest
Ooooh, the sugar is Wayy to high!! I think each 4 g of sugar it's 1tsp of sugar, someone correct me if I'm wrong. And the carbs are pretty high for 1 meal. Sunshine > Has anybody tried the Tropicana Smoothies? They are a juice/yogurt > blend. Guest guest
Hi, I can't think of any immediate side effects of concern. Keep an eye on your estradiol (E2) level. Supplemental testosterone can convert to E2, negating the benefits of TRT. Tests should be done roughly 2 months after starting TRT. Some folks start TRT without understanding it can cause infertility after a while. That probably not an issue, because you're primary. Get a digital-rectal exam and PSA test once a year, like every man should. TRT does not cause prostate cancer, but is thought to speed up its growth. Guest guest
As far as follow-up tests go, in addition to the ones mentioned, my endo wants me to get a CBC and lipids profile in another month or so(I started on shots back in July). I think it's also important to check for the " too many red blood cells " problem (can't remember the name for this). Guest guest
Hello again Cindi! At ‘least’ it was just a spasm and not something else going crazy in your body with any other organs. You say your upper back is always tight…is that due to all your spasm inducers, too? Or posture or ? Just curious. Mine is also, and even since I’ve started watching my posture, it doesn’t seem to get better…. Makes me think! Lol J Glad to hear that you are feeling better. -----Original Message----- From: Cindi Wilmot [mailto:cindiscandles@...] Sent: Monday, January 03, 2005 10:17 AM achalasia Subject: me again I'm back from the Dr. He said my entire back is in spasm. I wonder what it would have felt like YESTERDAY to him? LOL. He gave me some muscle relaxers and we figured it is probably related to my A. Aggravated by every possible " spasm inducer " that I suffer from....PMS, lack of sleep, travel, poor eating (though I did find I have gained over 20 lbs since surgery in April! Time to watch my weight again! LOL), stress, caffeine.... Thankfully, nothing MAJOR. But I realized that I don't ever remember my upper back/shoulder NOT being tight. I guess just the fact that it effected my middle & lower back made it hurt more. Thanks again - and Biancka, I'm glad you are looking for more help!!! Guest guest
Donna, If you have GERD do not take Fosamax. It is horrible on GERD and causes stomach problems if you don't have them earlier. My granda-in-law takes Boniva. It is nice cause it is once a month. She hasn't had problems with that and has majors tummy issues. Glad to hear the fractures are healed. e. ajaoky@... wrote: Ok I am back from the orthopedics and the fractures have healed great. Hold up on the bubble wrap Pete...LOL but not for long. Seems I do not have osteoporosis yet but my dexa-scan was indicative of osteopenia and the doc wants me to start Actonel, Fosamax or Boniva. I need anyone who has had experience with these to speak up.....thanks!!! Hang tight , Hang tough Donna
