Hi all,

Could you take the time to fill out a questionnaire for my friend Felice

Bombaci. Felice runs the Italian CML support group. The questionnaire will

be used to study the Quality of Life of CML patients.

the English version of the questionnaire is on-line ready to use (it is a

data base application not a simple static web page) on our site, in the

central frame of the homepage there is the banner in Italian and English

languages than clicking on the banner you go in the bilingual instruction

page (http://www.lmconline.it/index.php?option=com_content

& view=article & id=59) where there is the link to the application to compile

the questionnaire.

In this mode all date are collect in the unique central DB for data

analysis. At the end of process we have a validate questionnaire to use in

the future QoL studies for CML patients (the detail of the project in my

presentation on the cml advocates forum).

Please find attached the provisional list of 74 issues relevant for CML

patients (for the paper version).
