, the choreography is pretty simple actually, it's very drill like.  However, there is a lot of plyometrics in the HIIT workouts and such that could be hard on one's joints (watch the YouTube I sent yesterday and you'll see what I mean), and given Jen's ankle situation I would say she should do her Turbo Jam workouts first and see how that goes before attempting Turbo Fire.

There is a low impact modifier, and I'm sure I will following her for some of it as my feet are sensitive to high impact.
