My DR said that Plaquenil is one of the cause of dry eyes too along with RA.I have "0" tears and never had this until I started the Meds in 1990.

"Dry eye" is very common with RA, but not a side effect of placquenil. I had dry eye long before I began taking pacquenil and it hasn't really worsened. There is other eye damage that can occur with the drug, but this is not it.
