Guest guest
Shelagh, please when you go back to Spain, stay away from the bull fights, I don't want to Google your name, only to hear that you have been gored by a mad bull, when you could be sitting in a car drinking a beer, because you were too frightened of a few germs. Germs go bragh, I would be more worried about the darn bull. When we were on a trip to Mexico, everyone in the tour wanted to go to a bullfight. I told them all how horrid it was to watch them gore the bull and they all followed us to ride in the boats where flowers are strewn all over in the river. I just saw a picture of that the other day. One of the nicer memories of the place. You are sooooooooo funny, I laughed at every word you wrote. Get back to writing, the world misses you terribly. We went to a town in England (Abbott's Well), and the men decided to go in for a beer. I sat outside and a gypsy woman who lived on a boat tried to get cozy with me to steal my purse. She didn't get anywhere, I left my purse at the hotel. Nice town, though, just couldn't make out the bus schedules on the poles, so we walked and walked and walked. We took a cab back to the hotel and the driver wondered why we couldn't walk. Once I got in a cab and the driver threw me out, it wasn't a big enough fare, that was on Cromwell Road in London. Didn't think he was very hospitable. I must say they have the nicest and cleanest cabs and it is quite an ordeal and a wait to be able to buy a cab. I just nearly got killed trying to cross the streets. LOL Carpe Diem, Lottie Duthu
